The University Management wishes to inform that as well as the manual process admission into any of our programmes is also available on-line. This can be made possible through the University website and portal onwww.cuab.edu.ng or ft.cuab.online.
An upgrade of the website is about to commence but our technical team will be doing their utmost to ensure that this does not unduly affect the functions currently available on the current site. Any issues in usage of the portal should be referred to our ICT team on 08062292357 (Mrs. Abikan) or 07066357686 (Mr. Akinmoladun).
Male and Female Students
Male Students MUST tuck-in their shirts and put on covered shoes or sandals, but not slippers. Well-tailored native attire with cap is also permitted. In like manner, female students MUST put on skirts, long enough to reach the ankle, with blouses that cover the elbow, and not tight-fitted or sleeveless. In addition, their hairs must be covered at all times.
However, Management has noted with dismay, the rate at which students now turn Jalabia/Abaya as their dress codes on campus instead of approved English/Native Attire as contained in serial numbers 7. Henceforth, as from 2023/2024 Session, no student is expected to be seen wearing Jalabiya or Abaya on campus except on Fridays. Failure to abide by this directive will attract stiff penalty from the Management.
Student with Children
In case of a child birth shortly or during the course of study, especially with students that have evidence of marriage, adequate arrangements should be made for the care of the child to avoid disruption of academic programme. However, parents are to advise their wards to abstain from all forms of immoral relationships to avoid loosing their studentship.
Allocation of hostel rooms hinge on prevailing University policy of first come, first served basis. Priority may be given to students with health or special needs. In all cases, reservation and allocation must be backed by availability of bed spaces form and 70% of school fees payment.
Please note that all students are to come with two pieces of bed sheets, One Extension Box and 25 litres of yellow keg for reservation of water.
Application/Acceptance Fee for Prospective Students
In view of the challenges faced in the course of rendering effective services, the Management wishes to inform that our Application Fees for gaining admission into the University is N10,000.00 and N50,000.00 is for acceptance for all programmes except Nursing Programme whose Application fee is N20,000.00.
Students’ registrations are now done online at the beginning of each session at ft.cuab.online. The portal will also serve as a means of payment of fees, checking of results and examination clearances. It will also provide the ability to request for a transcript. Student will be required to pay an additional N5,000.00 for one portal registration sessionally.
Parents are to note that after resumption from vacation, students are given up to six weeks for both payment of fees and on-line registration. Thereafter, any student that fails to register within this period shall be required to pay additional sum of N20,000.00 as late registration fee.

Efforts to develop the processing of transcripts on-line are under way.
As stakeholders, parents are encouraged to visit their wards unannounced while on campus for close monitoring of their activities. Consequently, on our part, we require an updated contact address including e-mails, which can be used to send necessary information to parents.
Provision of Recreation Facilities
In a bid to provide comfort and relaxation centre for our students, the Alumni of the University has provided them with a Basket Ball Courts and Relaxation Parks to unwind after the school activities.

The Parents may call Bursary Office on 08022910789 for clarification purpose.

More importantly, graduating students are hereby reminded to double check that they have no outstanding academic requirements in the Departments well in advance of the date for convocation to avoid being denied the opportunity to join convocation.
In addition, all graduating students are to pay the total sum N93,000.00 (Ninety-Three Thousand Naira) being payment for Certificate Scrolls, Convocation Gowns, Souvenir Packs and Mobilisation Fees out of which Alumni Fee is N23,000.00.

In order to make life comfortable for all our students on campus, the University has commenced the production of hygienic sachet and table water which can be purchased at affordable prices. In view of this, no student is allowed to bring in any other products aside from the University’s brand of sachet water.
In a similar vein, the University now has a bakery which bakes bread in small and large quantities at affordable prices for our students. Therefore, students are not expected to bring in bread from outside as it is applicable in other private and conventional universities.
In order to make our students stay more comfortable on Campus, the University has not relented its efforts in constructing additional new private hostels of aesthetic nature together with the present ones on campus for both male and female students.
